Chinese take out en route from Blaine to Whistler

I'm looking for an easy stop where I can eat some lunch then get some food to go on my way from the US to Whistler. I usually take the Pacific Hwy crossing (Hwy 15/176th St) through Cloverdale up to Hwy 1, but it doesn't seem like there's much along that route. So, I'm willing to go another way, if it means I can do an easy detour for some good food then hook back up to Hwy 1 without too much hassle. Hwy 99 through Vancouver is kind of a hassle but if there is an easy stop along the way, that's fine. It would also be nice if there were parking right there (or very easy street parking) as we always have a car full of skis, and I don't want to leave that unattended for too long.

I've been to Long's Noodle House and that was a pretty easy detour, but I'm looking for someplace new (and also, what I get at Long's doesn't make great take out). I know it's going to suffer on the rest of the drive but I'm really tired of Whistler's dining scene, so even Chinese leftovers that have been in the car for 2 hours seem like a good option at this point. Any kind of Chinese is fine; I love Szechuan best but we have good Szechuan in Seattle, so it doesn't need to be that. Thanks.
