i have a package of fresh chinese egg noodles (not the very thin kind, the medium thick ones). they look like the noodles served at fast food chinese places for chow mein.
unfortunately, i don't have any reliable recipe for these and i'm just getting confused looking online.
i have lots of veggies already cut (zucchini, carrots, broccoli, onion, ginger, garlic, etc.) and i have on hand black bean sauce, chili garlic sauce (just a little), oyster sauce, wine, etc.
i need a recipe soon! thank you so much :)
