Chinese desserts/'tong sui' in Hong Kong - Last updated Dec 15 2014

Where are the best economical Chinese desserts or 'tong sui'? I prefer somewhere in Causeway Bay, but please share others if unavailable. Personally, I'm most interested in interesting items containing fresh fruits like:

- Sago or tapioca soups (in Cantonese: 'sai mai lo'); not just mango, but also cantaloupe (eg http://www.fussfreecooking.com/recipe...), honeydew (eg http://easyfoodhacks.blogspot.com/201...), strawberry, watermelon (http://tongpakfu.com.hk/en/menu-en/sa...). Also, I prefer such soups with a fresh fruit juice base, and not simply relying on packaged coconut milk.

- Puddings; not just mango, but also honeydew, strawberry, watermelon.

- Pancakes/crepes; in Hong Kong, I tried a fresh durian crepe once, but I'm interested in other fruits as well.

Google produced in Causeway Bay,

- Chung Kee Dessert (http://www.chungkeedessert.com.hk/sho...), Cong Sao (https://adventuresoflittlegluttons.wo...)

- Tong Pak Fu (http://tongpakfu.com.hk/en/menu-en/sa...) but the locations appear inconvenient.
