After endless ours of watching Iron Chef, I realize that I dont know much about Chinese food (which is a shame considering that I leaved in SF for more than 14 year). I read true a number to threads dealing with Chinese food, however I would hope to get a bit more information.
If possible please structure your response in two categories:
I. Basic information about regional/stylistic differences, and
II. Restaurant recommendation (which should include restaurants specialty dish (s) that reflects the respective cuisine/style or region)
