There is a class scheduled starting next week for 5 wednesdays and 1 sunday with Eileen Yin-Fei Lo, who has written several, great Chinese cookbooks. I'm going to the class, and I hear that there are still some openings. It will be in a food photographer's studio on 18th St.
My only vested interest is that I want to make sure that there are enough attendees so that the class takes place, and I can attend. Unfortunately, the class hasn't been marketed as well as it might have been.

I can only guess, having used several of her cookbooks, that it will be a great class.
