Chinese BBQ Roast Pig

For aficionados of Chinese BBQ Roast Pig, a reinvigorated entrant is the PK Oriental Mart at 8397 Pines Boulevard in Pembroke Pines. They have just replaced the pervious lackluster BBQ chef and hired a better grade person to make use of their newly installed vertical roasting oven. They use mostly small to medium pigs of around 70 pounds, which has less fat and leaner, sweeter meat. The results are very good. I just bought 2 pounds for the Lunar New Year on Sunday, 2/10, and was pleasantly surprised at the upgraded quality. I will have to go back and sample their other offerings, ranging from various style chickens and ducks!
