Chinese Banquet

I'm setting up a Chinese New Year's Banquet here in Sacramento and I need some help selecting a menu. I've never done this before and I don't want to make the mistake of just getting the americanized version of the cuisine. The only thing I'm sure we want is Peking Duck. There will be ten of us. Could someone out there help me with some ideas about how to select the dishes that would be approprate? Thanks in advance, Robert
