Greetings all. I'm working for a Food Network TV series that will shoot a few episodes in the Toronto area this autumn. Although there are many good recommendations for Chinese food in the archives, we're looking for that rare combination of great food and an owner/chef who is the polar opposite of camera shy. The show centers around a recipe makeover, so the more "traditionally rich" the menu better. Any ideas?
