Have started experimenting with the slabs of take out ribs hanging in Chinatown. So far I've tried the Super 88 and the Hong Kong Eatery. Would appreciate your opinion as to which place in Chinatown has the best slab of ribs.
Same question with duck. So far have only tried the Super 88 version and it was very good. Sure I ate pieces of duck I never experienced before after they chopped it up into small pieces. Also the duck seems to be cooked different ways -- is one way better than the others?
Lastly is the squid. See it hanging there and am tempted but have no idea what to do with it. Haven't seen anyone buy it yet -- do they chop it up also? What is the flavor and do you have to clean it?
