Most Likely a Chinatown restuarant

where would I got to get, fried whole lobster in egg batter and garlic from a live tank, along with duck tongue's and preserved eggs, cold thinly sliced beef tendon, frog's legs, fried up beef jerky in chili sauce, lamb riblets in chili and Szechuan peppers, and lamb in curry powder and garlic.

Would this all be at one restaurant, or are these different styles of Chinese cuisine?

And most importantly where can I get them at?

Also, as a side note, anyone know where to get veggie steamed dumplings and fish steamed dumplings.
