Chinatown pork dumplings and fried shrimp with caramelized walnuts

Hi there. I'm a big fan of chinese food...just ate at New Green Bo in NYC's Chinatown yesterday. We had some wonderful shanghai-style soup dumplings made with pork and crab. I was hoping to find something similar in Chicago. Any suggestions?

Also, one of my favorite chinese dishes is fried shrimp with caramelized walnuts and broccoli. I think the sauce is either a liqueur(i.e., Grand Marnier) or mayonnaise base. Does anyone know of a place that prepares this delicious dish?

Also, and I know this has been asked before, but I would appreciate any suggestions for top Chinatown eats. I'd like to visit Chicago's Chinatown this weekend, and I'm hoping to find some good eats! Thanks!
