If you traveled to China/Hong Kong like me, anything different there that you don't see here that you want more of? Anything you ate thats great there that you find that tastes the same or even better here? What are some dishes you guys wish were out there that are great or you would want more of? Chinatown now is full of Vietnamese and Shanghai places, just wondering how you guys feel especially if you live or plan to eat around chinatown. I would definitely like to taste it as well. One example that I would say is when I went to Shanghai, they had the grilled rice cake with hairy crab in a spicy/sweet sauce that was wonderful. I see 1 place in flushing that makes it and its not that bad, but not the same. Love to hear what you guys think as I think this.
