China Pearl feeling the heat from other dim sum places?

I noticed today that it wasn't as packed as it usually is.

They seem to have changed the dim sum chef too...the har gau was bigger than usual w/ thinner (but stickier) skin than usual. The foon goh was tastier than usual w/ the similiar thinner than usual and sticker skin.
