Chilled Soups

With a couple months of 100 degree days around the corner I thought now would be a good time to add to my repertoire of chilled soups. What are your favorites? To give some criteria, they need to be a soup (so coctel wouldn't count) and they need to be cold. I had Mul Naeng Myun today at Gui Rock which was excellent and want to add to my list. Thanks!
