The Food Finds episode has brought more renown to this Encino "hot" spot, and it doesn't look like the positive press will stop there. I'm hoping they continue their plans to expand to other locations. For those chili-heads out there, I was wondering what your favorite type of chili was?
I'm partial to a bowl of half-Habanero/Mango Chicken and half-Poblano Turkey (there's a name of this combination, but I don't remember it offhand). My toppings are cilantro, swiss and pumpkin seeds.
