Here in Gilroy, Cal....we have a Mexican Restaurant named "Victoria's"... It has the best Chili Releno's I've ever eaten. Usually, Releno's have a heavy coating of Egg.....These DON'T......they also have a wonderful Red sause......I would like to try to find a recipe for how to coat the Chili's w/o so much egg and also a recipe for the Red sause.
