How long does this keep for?
Ingredients as follows;
I've had it in the fridge for probably 4-6 weeks. Is it safe? Plus the marinade will cook with the chicken. Risks? I've used this marinade in the past after 3-4 weeks, not sure I've pushed it to 6. I'm assuming if any bacteria did grow it would die under heat?
You always read about botulism.
