Huzzah! A new "street food" stand at the Holliday Street market put a smile on my face today. I had Pastel de Choclo and a Humita, which reminded me of a Chile trip I took some time ago. They also serve Empanadas. Pastel de Choclo is a corn/egg/meat pie that is served with some spicy sauce, and a humita is like a meatless sweet tamale. A nice addition to the already stellar street food selection!
