I just tried the not so spicy version from the hersheys cocoa powder container (but I used Sharffen-Berger). It was wonderful, easy to make and everyone loved it. Now I am intrigued by the Nigella Lawson version. I am making this for friends who love chocolate and chile so I want to choose the right chile powder to compliment the chocolate (& the rum). I was toying with either ancho or chipotle. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
