Chicken Wing Preferences

For most of my life, I was never really crazy about chicken wings. This is primarily because I am not normally a "finger foods" person.

Another reason is that most of the chicken wings I have tasted have been too wet, goopy, drippy, greasy, or whatever. As a result, I found myself constantly wiping my fingers on my napkin.

Finally I stumbled upon a restaurant that makes chicken wings to my liking. It is on their bar menu.
On Monday evenings, during Happy Hour from 5PM to 7PM,
their chicken wings are only 50 cents each.

Their chicken wings are listed on their menu as "Chipolte Chicken Wings." They are delightfully spicy. And what I especially like about them is that their exteriors are fairly dry. I might have to wipe my fingers about two times for an order of a dozen chicken wings, and that's about it.

In sum, I like my chicken wings to be dry instead of goopy, greasy, drippy, sticky, and wet. Does anybody here share these preferences?

Oh yes, one more thing. This is the only restaurant in my area which offers Citadelle Gin. A dozen chicken wings and three Citadelle martinis (which are also half price during Happy Hour) makes for a marvelous taste treat at just under $20.
