I took some chicken thighs out of the freezer this morning. I'm not inspired as to what to do with them yet....but I do have all day. Here's what I have on hand:
carrots, onion, celery
leftover carmelized onions
and all the usual well stocked pantry and spice cabinet suspects.
So...what would you do with them? thighs are on the bone with skin but can be easily skinned and deboned of course.
