had a jar of home made stock in the fridge with the lid on tightly for likely a month or so. After it was originally made, I froze it but then must have taken it out for use and defrosted it in the fridge but always keep the temp inside approx normal temp. I've restrained and plan on reboiling to use to cook some vegetables in stead of water. Am I gambling here? After boiling would enough be soaked into the vegetables to hurt me?
