I made the most delicious Chicken Barley soup yesterday. We enjoyed it for dinner but the remaining soup was too hot to refrigerate. We expected to put it in the refrigerator a little later but sadly left it on the counter all night. The soup contained a chicken broth base with chicken breast, mushrooms and other veggies. My gut says to toss it but I can't seem to do it as it took me quite a long time to make it and it is so darn good. The soup was at 69 degrees this morning. I would appreciate any advice.
