this is for teh dinner im making as well.
i like to make chicken satay skewers but i need to give an italian feel to these.
i really lik the yogurt marinade. i can switch the ingredients to italian ones.
so i figure that can stay the same ..or would the yogurt make for a funky texture with the italian?
for a sauce i figure a well executed basil pesto.
what do you think?
any ideas on how i can make this dish better?
also.. when serving it is it usually served on a lettuce leaf? what kind?
