Chicken Sashimi at Tappo

This was a meal for the history books...let's just hope history doesn't repeat itself.

Dinner for two at 8pm. Restaurant 1/2 full. The bread and H20 take 20 minutes to arrive. Appetizers take another :30 minutes. After close to :45 minutes waiting for our mains, our patience had run out. We ask for the check. The waiter/manager came over and apologized - said the mains would be out in a minute. Frustrated and hungry we waited.

I cut my whole chicken entree in 1/2 to share with my buddy. It was not undercooked, it was raw!

Needless to say, we asked for our check - which took another 10 minutes while he voided our entrees. Two apps, bottle of Pelligrino and a '95 bottle of Brunello De Montalcino ($85 and was quite tasty) - our "meal" was $120.

They seemed indifferent to the whole mess...shameful!
