Chicken Marbella

My husband is a hunter and I have some wild duck breasts (skin on). I am thinking of substituting them for the chicken in Chicken Marbella. Has anyone tried doing this? I think the sweet and savory flavors would compliment the duck. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated!
