Chicken liver

Last year in Toronto I had a delicious chicken liver appetizer in one of the Greek restaurants on Danforth. I'll be in Montreal at the end of May and I want more chiken liver (I've also been trying to replicate this dish at home -- I know it had rosemary, garlic and balsamic vinegar, but I don't know what else). At any rate, I'd be interested in your accounts of any "secret chicken livers" in Montreal.
