Need some ideas for a creamy luscious filling for chicken cutlets for Christmas dinner, to make day before, then coated and baked next day. Not ham /cheese , too heavy. Have seen some with sun dried tomatoes. Like the idea of a mushroom sauce as a topper. Starting with celery root soup, also doing brown basmati rice , spaetzles and other veggies. Any ideas? There are SO many recipes online , I'm really confused. Thanks!
