Chicken breasts stuffed ahead of time?

I am planning a few stuffed chicken dishes the next few days and they are convenient for SO and it'd be convenient to prep ahead of time and just bring to room temperature and bake. Is there any issue with stuffing ahead of time and leaving them well wrapped in the fridge overnight to at most 24 hours? I assume as long as the filling is cool when you stuff the chicken it shouldn't an issue of food safety but just wanted to get an opinion from those who have prepped them ahead.
