Chicken Ballotine - roasting recommendations

I love a good roasted chicken and my go-to is Zuni/Thomas Keller-style high heat roast but I'm assuming that this is not ideal for a Chicken Ballotine preparation. What temperature would you recommend to roast? And, for planning purposes (I will use a thermometer) how long would you estimate (4 lb chicken pre-deboning)?
