Chicago Restaurant Week 2017 -- Where Are You Going?

Felliott | Jan 16, 201712:27 PM     9

Chicago restaurant week is January 27-February 9 this year. I participated for the first time last year and went to Sepia (my birthday January 26, so it's very good timing). We enjoyed our meal and wine pairings very much.

This year, I snatched up a reservation to Naha. Their CRW menu was highly regarded, but I wasn't able to get a reservation. I'm looking forward to going this year, as I have never been before. Unfortunately, my husband is feverishly studying for his CPA exams, and we live in Northwest Indiana, so we'll probably only get out to Naha this year.

Last year, Chicagoist did the exhaustive math to analyze the menus and pricing at all participating restaurants. They put their findings on a spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...) so diners could easily assess whether a restaurant was offering a good deal or not. They say in this article that they will be doing it again: http://chicagoist.com/2016/12/28/rest...

If you plan on participating, where are you going?
