Off to Chicago - one question

First, I'd like to thank you all for your help- I'm undoubtedly going to have a terrific dining experience in Chicago thanks to you. I'll be sure to post a report when I return!

I do have one question: I have a reservation at Terragusto before the Cubs game, but I'll probably cancel in favor of a restaurant closer to Wrigley. I'm thinking either Erwin's or TAC. I do love Thai food, but it sounds (from reading other boards) as if the service is surly and very slow. I don't want to miss one pitch of the game - is TAC known to be extremely slow? Would they accomodate someone going to the ballgame? I don't want to be rushed, but then again, I don't want to wait 40 minutes for my entree. I normally don't pay much attention to the service, but I'd like to know that they are at least welcoming to newcomers. I wouldn't want to spend my money at any restaurant that treats customers badly.

Thanks again!
