Chicago Pizza Recs...

I have dough, I have cheese, I have LOTS of sauce and soon great italian Sausages... I also have a HUGE springform pan! So tonight, I'm going to attempt to make a Chicago Style Pizza! Something this former Chicago business traveler has missed!!

Here's my plan...

* Place parchment paper on the bottom of pan and brush the pan with butter and sprinkle corn meal. Place the crust in, with the outter edges dusted with corn meal

* Layer in Sauce, gresh mozzerella, cooked sausage crumbles, sauteed onions and raw mushrooms. Cover with Sauce

* Bake for 400 degrees and just keep an eye on it after about 15 minutes or so...

Does this sound like it's going to work? Should I bake it at a higher temp? Is it going to take a long time? Is this just a bad idea?
