This is our second trip to Chicago, came last Summer and crossed some staples off our list. This time we are coming for the Chicago Marathon. After the race, over a course of a couple days in no particular order we will try Pequods, Longman and Eagle, Blackbird, and Au Cheval. Cocktails at Three Dots and a Dash, Long Lake, and Scofflaw.
1. Can anyone recommend a restaurant close to the Hilton Chicago with simple pastas for carb loading before the race?
2. Don't know when we will back... Will it be a total loss if we don't add anything to our list? If so, what would everyone recommend. We are fairly adventurous eaters and drinkers.
