I had the pleasure of joining Seth, his personal Korean lunch chef Sue, along with Mumon and j3s for lunch and a guided tour of Chicago Food Corp on N Kimball Ave. Lunch highlights, aside from the company, were j3s Sul-Lung-Tang (bone marrow soup) and a Korean blood sausage that, I swear, is absolutely the same as German/Polish kishka.
Sue pace was a bit frenetic and the store was quite crowded, but all in all it was very educational. Not to be missed, with or without tour guide, at Chicago Food Corp is the sneeze-proof panchan bar.
