chicago eats- opinions

I am coming into town next month for a little chow. I have searched the posts but was wondering if there are current opinions on some of the places I am thinking about going. I am staying in the tourist area of Michigan Ave along the Magnificent Mile and will not have a car. Here's is a list of potential Chicago eats.
1. Some sort of Italian Beef- Al's or Mr Beef
2. Harold's Chicken Shack
3. Chicago Hot Dogs- Any nearby?
4. Kevin
5. Blackbird
6. Printers Row
7. Spiaggia or Spiaggia Cafe
8. Everest
9. 160 Blue- Is it worth the cab ride
I might be willing to catch the subway for some of these places, but a reasonable cab ride is the primary mode of transportation. Also, I am looking for someplace with an affordable Sunday Brunch. Thanks all you chowhounds. Your opinions make the difference.
