Best of Chicago: Authentic Chinese

I was born and raised in Chicago and was treated at a young age to a restaurant called Szechwan House. It was on the corner of Ohio & Michigan Ave. where the Eddie Bauer is now. This was REAL Chinese. They had Peking duck that was done in the true Chinese preparations, they had this appetizer called Hacked Chicken, a cooked chicken breast that was then chilled and mixed with a killer spicy peanut sauce and piled high on top of some lettuce. Any ways, I hate that I was treated so well as a damn kid that couldn’t truly appreciate the high quality and rarity of the food put in front of him!!! I have tried Chinese restaurants in most areas in the Chicagoland area and still have not found any that are anywhere close to the same quality. The closest that I have come is a Chinese Rest. in the Park Hyatt in Madrid, Spain?!?
Does anyone remember the Szechwan House?
Can anyone recommend the best of Chicagoland TRADITIONAL Chinese?
