This place is great.
My MIL lives close by. We are challenged to find night-out spots with accessibility and decent food.
We started with corn bisque. It was rich, creamy with an essence of corn. I will return here for the vegetable soup alone. DH loved the onion soup. It was exceptionally rich with broth, onions and cheese.
Two had skirt steak with frites. MIL found it chewy and DH is still swooning...
On my last visit I chose scallops with bacon, thinking I would just push bacon aside.
This time I asked for scallops without bacon and had a beautiful presentation of seared sweet potatos with seared scallops and corn on top.
We finished with goat cheese cheesecake with blackberries, a blackberry gelato, and two excellent coffees.
Service was excellent, and most gracious and helpful with MIL's limitations.
Entrees were in the upper 20s and soups and most other appetizers less than 10.
