Chi SPACCA - Tomahawk Pork Chop

This might be one of the most under appreciated dishes in LA.

You get loin, belly and some nice ribs to gnaw on as the fitting denouement of your pork adventures.

It's the closest thing I think LA has to the bo ssäm at Chang's Momofuku Ssäm Bar.
