Chez L'ami Jean vs Frenchie vs Les Papilles

Hi! My husband and I are spending a few days in Paris and I need help narrowing down our final meal . We are dining at Le Cinq and Le Bristol for lunch our first two days (we dined at Le Taillevent last time), but I'd like something a tad more casual for our last evening. We will be joined by one of my dearest friends who lives in Paris, so the language barrier is a non-issue.

I've read so many excellent things about all three of these restaurants (Chez L'ami Jean, Frenchie, and Les Papilles) my head is spinning! My husband and I adore a good seared foie gras (we aren't much for pate), and in general we are meat freaks - lamb, pork, beef, duck, etc. My husband isn't a big seafood eater, but will tolerate it. In my dream world I'd love a nice foie gras, followed by a rustic meat dish of some kind. Which of these 3 is best for that sort of meal?

Thank you in advance for reading my post and offering your opinion! I'm so torn!
