HELP!!! Chez Dumonet closes on the Sunday now! Need similar alternative!!

Charles Yu | Jun 11, 201801:39 PM     28

I have started the reservation process for my upcoming trip to Paris. So far so good until.....!

Latest internet search revealed my 'Sunday Dinner Classic French Bistro' choice - Josephine Chez Dumonet is now closed for Sunday!!

Which, if any, Classic French Bistro with similar food offering opens on a Sunday that would make a worthy replacement?

I have narrowed down the following:

- Au Bourguignon du Marais ( similar menu as CD with Boeuf Bourguignon and Escargots... )
- Fish ( La Boissonnerie ) ( closest to Le Grande Epicerie, which we were planning to visit before our CD dinner )
- Les Enfants Rouges ( John gave a raved review! Classic French bistro food with a modern Japanese twist )

My primary criteria will be an establishment that offers better than average Boeuf Bourguignon and Escargots. Would welcome any other ' Sunday good food' recommendations from fellow hounds!

Thanks in advance!!
