chez Babs Honey in Washington Heights

Has anyone heard of this place or have any further details?

I couldn't find it anywhere on the Internet nor it's exact name but if it's real it sound interesting.

The following is from a Ny times dining out blog:

"Some of the best chickent around can be had at Chez BabsHoney, a tiny four-seater in Washington Heights.
The chef, Babs, specializes in two preoparations.
The first, a recipe from the dear departed, Laruie Colwin, calls for brining the bird which seems to yield impeccably moist breast meat. She also stuffs the chicken with a savory breadcrumb dressing, lending a festive Thanksgiving touch to the meal.
Babs has also modified a venerable Red Cat chicken recipe, which deftly walks a textural tightrope, delivering cirspy fired-like sking and juicy broiled meat.
Of course, what sets the BabsHoney chicken preparations apart is the chef’s signature ingredient found in both: loooooove.
Alas, for the general public,reservations at this establishment are difficult, well nigh impossible to come by. But worth seeking out if you’re a friend or a friend of a friend."
