Chestnuts for stuffing - Peeled & Ready to eat at Sunrise Mart

Tip:
They're from China and sold in foil-paks (under $2) at the Japanese supermarket in NYC. There's a Sunrise branch on Broome Street off of Sixth Ave, and another one near Astor Place.

Not starchy. Very moist, sweet, and tender.
