chesnut flour pasta

I'm looking to replicate a delicious chesnut lasagnette I had over the weekend, and I just picked up the chesnut flour.

Can anyone tell me if I should use chesnut flour alone, or a mix of all purpose and chesnut?

Also, would this pasta stand up to making ravioli? Or am I restricted to flat pastas?
