My Sungold and Sweet 100 plants just went crazy this summer and the two of us, try as we might, couldn't keep up.
So, I've got a bowlful of tomatoes that are very soft, though not bad yet. I can't eat them out of hand, cook with them right now or put them in salads and I hate to throw them away.
Any ideas on what to do with them? Anyone cooked and frozen a cherry tomato sauce?
