I plan on making duck breasts for Valentine's Day and would like to make a cherry port reduction. I've looked at several recipes online for guidance, with some calling for sweet cherries and others strongly recommending to stay away from sweet, use tart. Some call for fresh or frozen, others for dried. If you have a great cherry port reduction in your arsenal, how do you make yours?
