Chengdu Taste: Boiled Fish Recipe

Do you know Chengdu Taste in LA? I love Chengdu Taste's Boiled Fish. It's different from other versions because the broth is white but, nonetheless, very spicy. Most versions of this Szechuan standard used dried red pepper and end up very red in color. But Chengdu Taste's is white. Does anybody have a good approximation of this dish?
