I live in the neighborhood and used to take my kids there now and again because tehy have a back garden which the kids liked and it was easy and convenient and the burgers weren't half bad.
Well......hadn't been in in a while and it was simply awful.
Whole place seemed dirtier...staff was nice enough, but it was one of those..."Some Ketchup, Please?"..."Could I get that water now?".."By the way...the drink I ordered?"
Food wasn't very good, either.
To top it off, he reads the list of desserts and the kids (3 and 7) want the sorbet.
he comes out with it and says: "Oh, the freezer is brokern.." Two three-quarter melted tiny bowls of sorbet. The kids eat it, or kinda drink it...I get the check...adn they chrged like $6.95 for each of the sorbets. I told the guy that I thought it was pretty lame to charge full price for melted stuff taht no adult would have accepted. He shrugged and says "whatever".
His tip: $1.25 in loose quarters I had in my pocket
