chefs/ kitchens that use onion sprouts

thanks to the recommendation of the pasadena farmer's market by a fellow hound for raw nuts, i ended up finding some sprout-selling women. now i can't get enough of sprouts. my favorite are the onion sprouts, which i've started using mandatorily every day (though they wreak a real havoc on the breath.)

i've done a lot of things with these sprouts but am wondering if anyone has ever had onion sprouts served to them ina restuarant, and if so, how?
