Where do they go when their restaurants close? haven't heard much from people like: the female chef from Em Bistro, the french guy from Bastide, the asian guy from Chloe, or the young kid from La Terza. I know this is just a few, but feel free to chime in. They're M.I.A., but I know you have to make a living, and their food is surely missed!
